The Raven Inn Hotel & Suites is a unique boutique hotel, a first of its kind in Whitehorse. The client’s mission was to craft a new hotel that balanced contemporary design with historic Yukon Gold Rush character. It is comprised of 39 deluxe rooms, and 19 premier/presidential suites. The 4th and 5th levels include studio, 1 and 2 bedroom condo apartments. Hotel amenities include covered parking, a full service lounge, bar and outdoor hot tub, overlooking the Yukon River.

We worked in collaboration with NGC Builders Ltd. on this design/build project. We developed conceptual design and construction documents as well as provided construction administration. This project was a true team collaboration, and was fully realized in less than 24 months.
